Does anyone else have it where if they stay up to late for more than a few days or wake up too late too many days, they get really sick?
The first few days of this week were a little difficult in the sleeping area. I usually have to take some sleeping aid on the week days so I can sleep well for work.
Monday I had a nightmare in the middle of the night which I didn’t take enough sleeping aid to guide me through the nightmare.
Then Tuesday I was so tired I thought that I wouldn’t sleep aid.
So I have a horrible throat ache now. It happen any time that I don’t get a lot of sleep.
It always hurts the exact same way and it lasts for a few day. It’s not really contagious. It’s just more of a painful reminder that I should be sleeping more.
I started getting this on Tuesday.
Have you also ever noticed that usually when you wake up you feel amazing, but then it all goes downhill in the first hour of you being up?
This happens to me all the time. Somedays I will wake up thinking:
Oh Man, I feel great! Today is going to be and awesome day!
But then an hour later, I’m thinking:
Dear God, make it stop. Can I go back to bed now?
Well, when I am sick this reaction feels 20x worse.
Because I wake up and I’m thinking that I’m all better, but by the time I get to work I will want to go back to bed.
And that’s another thing about me, I go to work always. Unless I am bleeding my eyes out, I go to work.
And then lately I have been very adamant about working out as well. I didn’t want to miss a day. Especially after the day I had yesterday, which I will explain later.
But the last few days I’ve been wondering if I would be feeling better by now if I had just took a day off and spent that day laying around in bed.
I’m not sure.
The point is, I’m sick (But not a real sick, just a punishment sick) and I am about to go get dressed for work.
Also, my bed smells like popcorn.
Does that sound right to anyone?
