Too Early For FlapJacks?
I have two questions that need to be resolved before I do anything today. They are as follows:
- Are flapjacks and pancakes the same thing? Cause I was under the impression that flapjacks were a little thicker and more manly.
- If IHOP isn’t in Mexico, the UK, China or Africa, is it REALLY an “International House of Pancakes”? I say no.
I feel like I have this mass influx of pancakes in my house right now. It’s almost as if I bought them all a month ago thinking I would eat them over time, but every time the moment arose I was too lazy to cook them. In fact, I’m pretty sure that’s what happened.
So for the last two days, I’ve been mixing up pancake batter when I’m hungry and then just eating the batter, the kind without the eggs in it cause I know some people get weird about that. So I’m writing this simply to ask, Is that gross?
I mean obviously I don’t care about your opinion enough to stop, but I just thought I would be courteous by asking.
Also, who do you think first came up with to use Syrup on that? Or to even make syrup? Tree gunk does not inspire me to do anything.
